The matric 2022 Valedictory dinner was held on 29 September in the George Bizos Hall. It was an occasion filled with much emotion and pride.

It's always heartening to witness the unity amongst the learners and teachers alike. A poignant sight is the many alumni present celebrating their children, they are able to experience their valedictory all over again, this time from a different perspective, as parents.

This is a touching time for all, as the learners prepare to take flight and start the next chapter of their exciting journey.

Our alumni guest speaker this year was Michael Stephanou from our class of 2016.

He completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences- BSc (Hons) at the University of Southampton in 2020. He graduated top of his class, was on the Dean's list and received the Gerald Kerkut Biomedical Sciences Award for outstanding academic performance in his final year.

Michael is currently in the penultimate year of medical school, studying Graduate Entry Medicine at the University of Oxford and plans to continue his medical training in the UK.

Our school motto "Know Thyself" was the central theme of Michael's message to the class of 2022. He urged the matrics to never give up on their dreams and to focus on their end goal by believing in themselves.
