On 17 February 2017, The ΣAHETI Alumni Association held an unforgettable, fun-filled Greek Musical and Bouzouki spectacular. The evening was dedicated to raising funds for the ΣAHETI Alumni Support Fund initiative, a fund established to provide bursaries for children of Alumni who are in financial need. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and many ΣAHETI Alumni reconnected with the school after many years, visibly emotional to be part of the event which included a delicious Souvla buffet.

There was much buzz that they couldn’t believe that they were sitting once again in the George Bizos hall where so many assemblies took and still take place. Kontraband was our band of choice who dedicated their time and effort in order to assist the Alumni raise funds. They were a BIG hit! Some of the band members are ΣAHETI Alumni, which made it even more special. SAHETI teachers, pupils and parents were amongst the guests socialising and dancing the night away. There were smiles everywhere. Olive trees were also auctioned to raise funds. Some were taken home to be planted, while others were bought in order to be planted at the school, with a dedication on a plaque.

The ΣAHETI Alumni Association thanks all the sponsors, donors and guests for their generosity. Because of you, we are able to make the continued education of these children who need our help possible. Your support is a great vote of confidence towards this worthy cause.
