SAHETI supports SANParks
SAHETI Primary School pupils were part of a recent relief effort to support SANParks employees who lost all their possessions in the recent floods. Together with five other schools, they responded enthusiastically to the initiative by a Grade 11 King David Linksfield pupil – Nadav Ossendryver – who, through his website latestsightings.com made a call for goods and funds to address the damage caused by flooding in the Kruger National Park. An arranged drop-off took place at King David Linksfield, where donations of food, clothing, blankets and toys were delivered, with SANParks Honorary Rangers in attendance. Also present were members of the Land Rover Owners Club of South Africa, who had volunteered to transport the goods to the Kruger Park. |
